  • Very reliable—no downtime
  • Good communication
  • Excellent tech support
  • Multi-platform hosting: Windows, Linux, FreeBSD, ColdFusion

We have been using Freshbooks forever to bill our clients, and this web-based application just keeps getting better and better. Freshbooks includes:
  • Invoicing
  • Time tracking
  • Expense tracking
  • Recurring billing
  • Support ticket system
It's very reasonably priced, with six levels of service, ranging from a free account for up to three clients and one staff login, to $149 a month for up to 5,000 clients and 20 staff. It's the Number 1 application we recommend to small businesses that bill hourly for services.
